SolarRepair LLC

I cannot say enough great things about Soar Repair LLC and Alec. This is a family-owned and operated business that clearly takes pride in the details and in treating their customers with genuine respect. From start to finish, the service was unbelievable and went far beyond what I expected. Alec’s communication was outstanding. He took the time to make sure I understood every part of the service and explained exactly what he was doing and why. That level of transparency and professionalism is rare these days. Alec represents a truly old-school approach to customer service, which is refreshing to see in such a young business owner. If he continues to operate his company the way he treated us, his business is going to explode. I highly recommend Soar Repair LLC to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.

We agreed they would remove and replace our solar panels while our roof was repaired. They arrived early on the day we agreed on. The panels were safely placed while roof was repaired and reinstalled them on date and time we agreed. All this was done while we were gone on vacation. Highly recommend them. Price was more than reasonable. Easy to work with.

My installer went out of business, so I contacted SolarRepair LLC. Alex was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue. He took the time to answer all my questions. I will definitely recommend him for any solar assistance you may need.

Alec was professional and knew all about solar panels. He got on the roof and after 20 minutes we were told exactly what condition the panels were and so much more. Would highly recommend Solar Repair LLC if you need repair, consultation, or even recovering the warranty.
