Where do I even begin??? ????????????I had solar panels installed in 2024. It is now 2026, and the system has NEVER been turned on. TWO FULL YEARS of waiting, excuses, and false promises with absolutely nothing to show for it.This company has made promise after promise and failed every single time. No follow-ups, no updates, no accountability. Calls and messages go unanswered, and when I do get someone on the phone, I’m given empty assurances that lead nowhere.The last straw: I was explicitly promised that the system would be fully operational by January 6, or they would remove the panels from my roof.Well, It’s Jan 20 and it’s still NOT running and the panels are still there.So what do I have after two years?1) A non-functioning solar system2) Damage to my roof3) Holes drilled for nothing4) Zero energy savings5) Zero responsibility from the companyWhen I finally told them I wanted the panels removed, they had the audacity to say I would need to pay $17,000 to remove THEIR nonworking system.Absolutely unacceptable.My patience is completely gone.I want the panels removed immediately, and I am NOT paying a single dollar.If they are not removed promptly, I will escalate this to legal action. At this point, the panels have been sitting uselessly on MY roof for two years—one could argue I should own them for free.This company is disorganized, dishonest, and irresponsible.If you are considering solar, DO NOT use this company unless you want years of stress, damage to your home, and zero results.??????????????????????????????????????
