A tech needs to get ahold of me ASAP! Since we moved in and assumed the solar loan, the breakers always pop off. And still getting electricity bills for 400+. I have to check fuses twice a day and flip them everytime I check them. Called twice in the last year and said they would have a tech out to look. Never heard a peep out of them after.
The installer's were very good, professional, and when the equipment was installed it looked as aestheticaly pleasing as one could hope for.I only gave the company 3 stars because the sales person made two claims, which when it came time for him to act upon he failed to follow through. 1st he told me he would help find the best energy provider to transfer too, and instead of helping me he gave me a list I could have found on line. 2nd during the sales meeting and when talking about what provider I was using, he told me not only that he would find the best provider to switch too, but he would also pay the cancelation fee.I contacted him many times and he even had me send him my Venmo account so he could transfer me the money ($250). Two weeks went by and I never received the money. I finally told him to forget it and not to worry about him keeping his word and he thanked me. Then he started contacting me and asking me for phone numbers of friends and family. I have a large issue with people who are comfortable not keeping their word and lying to get your service.
Had some problems with them scheduling but final came out, the guys work hard but we did have some problems with the panel not set right, but they were fix. Now just see that even though we had sun at 100 degrees days still didn’t produce what the house need in power. And just got them a month ago but look at the power that I still can’t log in to. But I believe they sent me the production line and it under production need even though I paid extra for the news panel out there the 25 not the 10’s still with one extra panel at 22 still not producing what’s need will see next month. If they get better with time.
I work for TriSmart and also have had them on my roof for 5 years. Great company and people. I like how the installations are clean and low profile. No crazy wires running across the roof.
I just went solar with TriSMART. Ramon was my rep, very knowledgeable and made the process seamless. I work in the Oil & Gas industry was hesitant to make the switch. However after further research I found out that several utility companies use solar farms to generate energy that everyday households use, so I said why not save some money and do my part for the environment. Couldn’t have picked another company to go forward with, thank you for your time and help!
