The Arch team did a great job working hard to get our project in before the end of the year. I was determined to make it work but still took time for due diligence in all aspects of the project before pulling the trigger. Shella and others were very patient and thorough in responding to my questions. They also appear to be fairly priced, while still devoted to quality work.

We interviewed three different firms that offered solar panel installation services. We ultimately decided to use Arch Solar. Everything was handled in an extremely professional manner from the initial contract to the final installation, permitting & execution of the system. The entire staff kept us informed of every facet of the process. The installation team was timely & communicative. They cleaned up the entire yard at the end of each day of the installation. Arch Solar facilitated every aspect of the coordination of obtaining permits, inspection by city officials & WE for the integration of the system. Every employee of Arch Solar that we interacted with was professional & polite. Our system has now been saving us $ for 18 months & we couldn't be happier with our decision.

I’ve gotten 2 electric bills since I’ve had solar installed on my home. It has steadily gone down, so far down, the electric company will be paying me soon. ?? Arch Solar was very professional and fast. My install only took about four hours and I had seven panels installed. They were very thorough and even helped me install the app on my phone so I could check the panels myself and the usage . They did follow up phone calls to me to see how it was going. Kyle, Monica and everyone else were very helpful and explained everything to me. I highly recommend using Arch Solar, you won’t be disappointed.

Asked to submit a review after my installation December 2024 I honestly could not because I didn’t totally understand how it would work or what benefits. I added 14 panels(12 on garage and 2 on backside dormer(totally unseen)) and the Tesla Powerwall. Well, I was pleasantly surprised when we had a giant rainstorm mid-August. At 2:30am WE Energies went down, but my home was up and still powered for 7.5 hours.
I actually was unaware of power loss until some neighbors contacted me they were down all night and morning – but I was able to sleep all night and get up and make my breakfast and coffee and watch tv. When my powerwall emptied(unable to power the whole house while WE grid was still down) I went down with everyone else for about 2 hours until it all came back up just after noontime. I will learn from this 1st time - the general base load I keep my Battery Powerwall is usually at 30%, I can manually change that in the app and probably will up it to 50% in times of possible bad weather(my area goes down a lot). Meanwhile because it is a TESLA Powerwall, Tesla also monitors for Catastrophic events and puts my system at the ready to takeover automatically adding to the base anticipating the WE grid will go down.
The Tesla app shows my powerwall at 30% on 8/10/25 at 1am, went into catastrophic mode at 1:01am and started additionally loading the battery getting up to 51% when the WE power grid went down and battery took over. That event gave me 7+ hours of up time from the powerwall battery. In the next 24 hrs when the storms appear to be fully gone the powerwall went back to normal of base load at 30%.
The Tesla App I keep on my pc shows a wonderful bar graph and grid independence info of what power is pulled from Solar vs Battery vs Grid. The App on my phone gives me total control of a lot of things like load in battery, notifications, when catastrophic mode is on vs off etc. I am very impressed at the quality of my Solar Panels and Powerwall install and work done by ARCH who are more technically savvy but made the effort to help on the actual knowledge and actions by me after they left. Usually my WE bill in summer is approx. $200+ and in one month was $52 and next month $33. Even on cloudy days my grid independence can run at 57%. Very impressive. One other thing I was disappointed to learn why it wasn’t higher independence because the battery loads first (both from Solar & Grid)then remaining WE & Solar energy used next. Which means you cannot truly measure exactly how much solar vs grid – but because of the storm outage experience I realize why the setup works the way it does AND SHOULD.
With the storm in August that one experience taught me a lot and was very glad I worked with ARCH SOLAR to have all of it in place.
I posted pics of the front garage area(12panels), basement powerwall and meters config(smaller space needed than I thought), and the outside meters setup. It took me more work to get an HOA Solar agreement in place - but was worth it ! Thank You Arch Solar !!

Tim Sailor on Arch Solar

We had Arch Solar install 27 panels on our house in 2023 and 2024 and are extremely pleased with our experience. They are a Wisconsin company who, we believe, are dedicated to providing quality products and exceptional service. Our panels were installed in two phases at about one year apart. Jennifer Larson was our main contact at Arch for both phases. She is very knowledgeable about the: company, products, installation process, permitting procedures and scheduling. With such a large investment, it really helps to have a direct line to one person who can answer questions and refer you to others for additional help. We are very happy with the: quality of the Enphase products, installation crews and solar monitoring system.
We definitely would recommend Arch Solar to anyone who is considering a system.
