His honesty is what prompted me to write this 5-star review.For the quote, he sent a simulation showing how much solar energy could be produced on my property, which is standard practice.Here's the thing that isn't standard:In that same quote, he advised me against an install and willingly turned down a sale. Turns out that the configuration of the array wouldn't be able to produce the energy needed to offset my energy consumption, and he didn't want to sell me on a bad investment.Although I won't be partnering with Cedar Creek Energy for an installation, I want to recommend them, simply for their honest business practices.I was so impressed by Kyle's integrity that I felt compelled to write this 5-star review. Nothing, but great things to say about Cedar Creek. From beginning to end, they carefully explained to me everything that I needed to know about going solar. We had a lot of other bids, but Cedar Creek dispelled a lot of information that was presented by other companies to garner business and when the other companies were confronted on why they were trying to upsell, we were left with silence, so we greatly appreciated the honesty and straightforwardness from this company. Our project was completed within 6 months of talking to Nate, followed up by Max Corner and his team consisting of River, Jared, Sawyer, and Ryan was as smooth as silk. The crew was superb from communication, mannerism, and cleanliness. We had a lot of questions while they were doing the installation and the field crew would answer us immediately or Max would call us and fill us in within minutes. There were some hiccups (not due to their fault), but somehow, they always came through to making it possible and finish the project on time.A product is only a good product if everything was followed through to the agreement and Cedar Creeks after installation support is just as phenomenal as their installation team. We had to call in to diagnose a problem and Kristina was extremely punctual, knowledgeable, and made sure she tried to help us in her fullest capacity. This was a decently sized project and we cannot gush enough about this company and the people that worked for us and with us on it. From their honesty to their down-to-earth personnel which made it feel like talking to friends/families instead of a business was a truly wonderful experience. We cannot recommend this company enough.
The entire process, from sales, contract signing, installation and hookup up went like clock work. The installation crew exceeded my expectations. Being a newly constructed home, we are familiar with having many contractors around the home at once. Some are better than others. Cedar Creek's crew were punctual, respectful of our property, and always cleaned up after themselves each afternoon. I can't say that about all contractors. The quality of their work and products is fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend Cedar Creek Energy.
The whole team at Cedar creek was awesome to work with. The process was seamless and felt easier than most home improvement projects.
