Got interested in solar.They explained me everything, very professionally and accurate.I decided not to go solar as for now for my reasons.In a month or so I have found a withdrawal of around $30 from my bank account. Zeno renewables didn't make sure to cancel a $7000 loan under my name. I have contacted a salesman, he was pretty upset that I disturbed him about such a minor thing on December 24th, but managed to cancel the loan the same day and return my money in a week.
We purchased a micro fit solar generation system in 2017. After it was installed and started to become functional, the companies that installed most of these systems had moved on to other projects and left most of us hanging in the wind. Unfortunately, we started to have problems with our system and over the course of several years, struggled to find who would be looking after the warrantied system or just finding somebody who could come and figure out what was actually wrong with the system. It ended up being a company out Barrie, who had been assigned or taken over the accounts, without any notification to us whatsoever. It was an incredibly arduous and frustrating process just to get anybody to respond to a simple phone call or email. This past spring, we went to the Home & Cottage Life show in Toronto. It just so happened, that we walked by Zeno Renewable Solars booth and got chatting with the folks there. I decided to give them a call a few weeks later, to see what they might be able to do to help us out with our ongoing and very frustrating situation. Calling Zeno Renewable Solar was the best decision we could have made! Kevin has been our contact there and has been nothing but exemplary to deal with! Even though they had nothing to do with installing our system, Kevin made himself available to understand and trouble shoot our issue and I can finally say, we now have a functioning system! Without ever having to come to the property, Kevin and Zeno Renewable Solar were able to find, fix and resolve all the issues. Technology is such now, that I guess a lot of this stuff can be dealt with over the air - but for Kevin and Zeno Renewable Solar, we would still be spinning our wheels trying to get other Solar companies to even respond! The interaction and the transparency in conversation has been just amazing and I will not be searching any further or calling anyone else from this point forward to deal with any such Solar issues.
