My experiance with Vertex was awesome. I cant recommend them enough, and if your interested, I'll detail my experiance a little.Knowledge: i am a numbers guy, and do alot of research into products while I am considering them and before I look to buy. I ended up talking to a few different companies, and the Vertex staff seemed extra knowledgeable. They had alot of info and finer details that I wasn't able to find in my own research. They really got into the details and intricacies of why I might want one setup vs another, or this style over that. The other companies didn't share the same level of giving me "what I want, and why"Timeframe: before talking with vertex I had been dealing with another company that had been recommended by a friend. That company had been stringing me on for a very long time, and by the time I called Vertex I was already in a time crunch to meet my grant deadlines. They were SUPER accommodating to this, and since I left installation date completely at their discretion, the first time one of their current jobs had a 48H delay (not sure the reasons) they showed up at my my house with nearly 10 people and made the magic happen! They truly saved my butt!Ethics: there was a problem with my install based on some of my existing home hardware being a rare model that didn't meet inspection requirements. Even tho it wasn't their fault at all, they took full responsibility for not having known ahead of time, and fixed my pre existing issue out of their own pockets. If we're rating trustsbility, I give then 6/5 stars! (Yes the >100% is intentional lol)Communication: the owner and their entire team is super friendly and easy to deal with. Answered all my in depth questions throughout the whole process without irritation. They even did a few post install calls just to make sure everything was working and that I was happy!In summary, 2 big thumbs up, and these ARE the contractors you are looking for.
The folks at Vertex are no joke. Annie and her staff were professional, trustworthy and were/are exceptional in everything they do. This team is on point, and work completely in tandem with one another. Throughout the install process, I was always apprised of what, how and why Solar panels were being installed on my roof…-:).
