I purchased a large circulation pump for my heat pump setup. I am impressed. Shipping was fast, customer communication is prompt. When the pump gave out after only a few month in operation / 10 month after the purchase I received a cost free exchange. I did not expect that and am really impressed. Top!

I find that Hydrosolar has great ideas and products but that its help desk service is spotty. Sometimes they reply very quickly (and usefully) and other times they don't reply.
Order a product online from Hydrosolar. Paid for expedited shipping. The tracking information provided was extremely vague. Try to call to inquire and all you get is an answering machine. I have left several voicemails and sent serval emails asking for tracking information on the item with nothing but crickets. I highly highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for anything. Extremely poor customer service as they will not respond. I really wish there was an option to give a 0 star review as a 1 star is still way to generous for my experience with this company.
