Elite Roof and Solar provided a very professional experience from start to finish. The price quoted was very fair, questions were answered promptly, and scheduling the installation was very straight forward.I appreciated that they handled all of the registrations for the various warranties through GAF (shingle manufacturer) and GAF promptly returned the completed warranty paperwork for our records. I have no hesitation recommending Elite Roof and Solar based on my experience.
I have been very pleased with Elite Roof and Solar. I first heard about Elite Roof and Solar when I requested a roofing estimate through Lowe’s Home Improvement. Jake was great working with my schedule and getting us a detailed report of the installation process and the products to be used. He gave me his personal work number to reach him anytime and I called or texted him several times to ask questions and discuss options. He always responded in a quick manner. He was very knowledgeable about the products/process and took the time to explain them to me. They were able to complete the project in one day approximately 10 days after we signed the contract. They had a whole team of approximately 10 employees or more and worked like a well-oiled machine. They were efficient and cleaned up well after the project was completed. Jake took pictures via drone throughout the process and sent them to me to keep me updated. Elite Roof and Solar was a little more expensive than some other estimates I received, but I was initially impressed with Elite Roof and Solar’s detailed report and knowledge. I would recommend Elite Roof and Solar highly and without reservations!
Elite Roofing was the only company out of several that took the time to provide a quote for the work that was needed with pricing. They were very professional and honest. The work was done on time and the clean up afterwards was done to my satisfaction.
