AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THESE SCAM ARTISTS WILLIAM CARABALLO AND FAMILY ARE SOLELY THE ONES MAKING THE $$. THIS COMPANY USED TO BE RYTHYM SOLAR AND CHANGED THEIR NAME. I guess to avoid all the bad reviews!!!HIS BROTHER NICK WOULD MAKE A GREAT USED CAR SALESMAN, PROMISED SUCH EXCITING RESULTS, HE HAD ME SIGN UP PROMISED 80% COVERAGE AND MY SYSTEM COVERS MAYBE 30-40, and disappeared as he then BAILED ON THE COMPANY. I pay the same now than before solar. THERE IS ZERO RESPONSE EVEN WHEN I CONTACTED BBB, THEY SELL YOU A UNDERPOWERED SYSTEM AND THEN YOU ADDITIONALLY HAVE A $100 solar payment on top of that a month!!!! BAIT AND SWITCH, I guess that’s how the owner gets to buy all his cars and toys he is now selling on Facebook. HOPEFULLY THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS SOON. TERRIBLE COMPANY. Everyone else I know with a different “real” company has ZERO ISSUES. They blame it on the electric company no matter what!!! I would do anything to not have signed with them. I have started contacting others in the same situation sounds like a class action lawsuit soon.

I cannot recommend these guys. While they did the install and got the system up and running with no issues, they obviously have financial issues going on. Part of my sign up included a sign on bonus, it’s been 8 months and still no bonus. I had been patient and called them a few times, apparently they were just giving me the run around during those calls because after my latest call they are blaming the parent company PosiGen, saying have went bankrupt. So buyer beware if you decide to do business with these guys, they will make promises they will not keep and the parent company is broke.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with define solar! Julian is the sweetest most honest person I’ve ever met! I never thought I would meet someone who genuinely cared about people. He was very honest with us and answered all of our questions and concerns. You would think once you signed the contract to get solar panels, you wouldn’t hear from the sales rep again but with Julian he reaches out to make sure everything went good with the solar installation and he continues to keep in contact with you and sees how the family is doing, you don’t see that in people anymore! I’m not gonna lie, but receiving all the information about the solar panels and how define solar works seemed to good to be true but I’m thrilled we chose define!

Could not have had an easier situation. Julian was super informative, of course he is very smooth and almost too good at his job. I told him I needed a few days to do some homework. After fact checking as much as I could I could not find any miss information. I was sold and installation was done extremely well. Our bill is as promised. With the chatter I hear about price increases, I probably owe Julian a steak dinner and drinks ??!

If your looking to go solar you found the right place! We had the pleasure of dealing with nick for our consultation! we were sold on this awesome set up, we were also able to get a new roof and some trees removed in the deal with the price of all 3 solar panels , new roof , and tree removal coming in way cheaper than our monthly electric bill! The roofing crew and the solar crew both did an excellent job! I would highly recommend rhythm Solar for anyone looking to save $$$ , and i forgot to mention how clean the solar panel install was no wires are seen which is a Hugh plus , And the cleanest roof installation I’ve ever seen! No mess anywhere on old roof tear off they did a fantastic job!
