Th Empowr solar installation crew was great! Got the panels installed in 2 days after waiting a couple of weeks for the ice to melt. They cleaned up well and were very friendly and considerate. Communication with Empowr was quick and thorough about scheduling and the many steps in this process. I would recommend them.
EMPWR Solar was our provider this past year. The ease with which we were able to arrange for installation of our solar home package was incredibly noteworthy. The sales staff was wonderful to work with, from explanations regarding any questions that we posed, to anticipated construction costs and time to installation completion. Our ambassador, Lou Sands, was extremely knowledgeable and patient regarding the frequent questions that seem to arise during the process. The installation crew was efficient and courteous, continually apprising us of progress. We were especially impressed with how the company took control over all approvals, including local HOA approvals and county and electric company sign-offs.
This company is going to keep my power bill affordable for years to come. I highly recommend them for your solar needs. They are very professional, friendly, and the install was quick. Due to regulations and safety protocols with the Power grid the permission to join the power grid takes time. However, I incurred no personal out of pocket cost during this time. Therefore You should get started sooner rather than later! Enjoy your solar savings!
We were doing great at frist told me installation was going to be september, ran my credit eveything was fine till we needed approval from city utilities. I had to call city utilities after 2 months! To get what I needed from them they never once called of even tried to get the approvals themselves. Then I waited another month for the last approval thank god i had no HOA properly would have to wait another month for that. We finally get eveything they schedule installation I was so happy finally was going to get them. No I didnt, the person didn't even call or text they canceled on me. I texted but it was the start of the weekend so I had to wait till monday for a answer, got a second schedule only for them to do the same thing!!! Only for them to decline me because they did a credit check three times!! Knocked it down by alot when i was approval the frist time! Now I wont get my solar panels and they did nothing to even try and work with me. This was by far the worse experience I ever had with a company. Glad this happened I would hate to be stuck with a company that thinks its okay to behave like that.
I'm new to the solar community. I had always been skeptical about going solar, but I had the most pleasurable experience with EMPWR Solar. EMPWR Solar created a seamless process from start to finish all while keeping me totally informed on the project every step of the way. I commend Lou Sands for doing a great job on answering any questions I had and keeping me well informed on my project timeline and most importantly the HOA approval process.
