Recent reviews highlight informative consultations that include bill reviews and clear explanations of system expectations. A few comments note that initial communication can lag, but owners and staff step in to resolve questions.

Last year at the home show in Myrtle Beach we talked with a representative from Myrtle Beach Solar. We had been thinking about going solar and after speaking with Patty we made an appointment. The plan was to have Patty access our property for the best solar result; she reviewed our past invoices then we talked about what would be best for us. Patty is truly knowledgeable as to how their system works and explained it through her presentation. When Patty left our home, we knew just what to expect, such as number of solar panels we would need to maximize solar panels, when the install would take place. We never felt any pressure from Patty or Myrtle Beach Solar to buy their system. The gentlemen that installed our system did a fantastic job. They were always professional.

We have had the system for 6 months now and it has been well worth it. Where we live the electric company has peak hours 6-9AM or 3-6PM depending on the time of year where they charge an outrageous price during this time. Having solar and learning how to use solar to our advantage has been working very well. Patty continues to be available to us with any questions we may have and to give us tips on how to keep our electrical invoice down.

My wife and I would highly recommend Patty Mowers and Myrtle Beach Solar LLC if you are thinking about going solar.

The beginning relationship with Chad at Myrtle Beach Solar was good. I felt like he answered all of my questions.
Unfortunately, Chad did not turn out to be great with follow up. Thankfully, the owners, Dean and Trey are great with follow up.
They contacted me and found out that I had not ever received any training on how to use the system and eventually came out to help me learn how to make the most out of my new system.
They explained when it was best to use energy, how to save even more money, and how to use and understand everything.
They also told me to contact them right away if I had any questions. I appreciated that they were eager to help me especially since their former employee had left me feeling completely on my own. It shows they were focused on ensuring we enjoy a long, happy and continuous relationship together.

We talked with Myrtle Beach Solar at the Myrtle Beach home show. We made an appointment and Patty came out to talk with us. She viewed our past bills and came up with a couple systems that would work for us. Her presentation was very informative and really explained the system as well as system expectations. We did talk with other solar companies but came back to MB Solar. Patty really put in effort to get us the system that would do the job for us. We were also provided references and we talked to a few. They really eased our mind as they were so helpful and willing to tell us their experience and expressed so much satisfaction with their system.

We have only had our system a few weeks so we are still learning but we are impressed. The guys that installed our system did a great job and our system seems to be doing a great job for us as well. We are glad we opted to get 2 franklin batteries in the event of an outage which thankfully is rare where we live and for use during late evening and overnight hours. Of course we do not have our first bill using solar the whole month but it looks like solar and the franklin batteries will make a big difference in our usage and especially peak charges. The system gives us a little more peace on those really cold (and in the coming summer really hot) days where one hour of high peak usage really makes a big impact on your bill.

If you are considering solar talking with Patty at Myrtle Beach Solar is a great place to start.

Patty has done a wonderful job keeping us informed on what was going on with the installation of our Solar Panels. came back two months later after the installation and showed us how the solar panels what are performing for the 2-3 months that we have had them and gave us tips on what we can do to possibly improve and have the solar panels are operating.

MB Solar is my choice of a professional and courteous local company for all of your solar energy solutions. Made in the USA and as a Retired Veteran, I am thankful for that. Mr. Root and his daughter Jayna have and continue to give me the answers to all my questions. The install team and the inspection team worked hard and efficiently to get the job done professionally. Thank You! A very satisfied customer!
