I was amazed by the prompt service. I went to find out about solar system like 4-5 years ago… the team at we go solar got me a package and it was $35,000 there was a interest free government grant… but they advised that I was not going to get the money back out of the system and might be better to wait until the new panels come in a few years….Now they installed a bigger system with better technology for under 20,000 and there is a 5000 dollar rebate with hydroThe whole process was clean and simple they did all the paper and juggled my payment schedule to help me manage so I could save money on hydro fasterThank you guys so much!! I am stoked!!!
We were in the market for some lithium batteries and WeGo Solar had very competitive prices on Canbat lithium batteries. In fact, the prices were significantly lower than all dealers across Canada. However, once we were ready to buy, they tried to get us to switch to another brand and they didn’t even have the Canbat ones on sale. They were just using canbat as a clickbait - terrible and unethical.
Best place you can go for anything solar or battery. Drew got me hooked up with a new solar panel for the camper van in no time. Very knowledgeable. Thanks again .
Could not be happier with the customer service + quality that the We Go Solar crew provided. Jeff who helped us every step of the way answering all of our questions in a super friendly manner, as well as the office team for the payment and grant process. Jeff even helped us take this photo of my daughter and I checking out the panel installation half way through. I have inquired for years about solar and finally the time and team was right.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would!Drew was amazing in helping us figure out a solution to get our tent trailer hooked up to solar! Even organised someone to get it installed for us the next day. When we told him we were on a tight budged he offered us some cheap second hand solutions, tested our battery etc and really took the time to go through all of our options with us!Highly recommend these guys!
