We had our solar system installed around 2021. We gave SPM good review. However now that several years have pasted and we need a service call SPM will not respond to any return calls. This has been going on since last November. No answers as to what to do except. I guess pay the power bill after all the money spent with this company. We are very disappointed in them. This is unexceptable for a business to do business this way. If they are know longer in business then SPM should make sure the customer gets taken care of by another solar company. This business isn't what they say they are, and not trustworthy at all. I will never do business with these owners again.Very disappointed
asked Mike Myers for a good Solar company and he gave us Solar Power Midwest. They had a better package than the other place we were working with. We have only had 1 issue with the solar and Sherry, the office manager, took care of the issue very quickly. Dave has made sure to make everything go smooth and very easy with the whole process. We had a tornado go through the area and they were out very quickly to check to make sure our solar was fine. If I was to do this again, I would not hesitate to have Dave and his company provide us solar.
Solar Power Midwest came highly recommended by a friend. She let me know how happy she was. As a single owner, I am always nervous to meet companies about remodeling, as I have had bad experiences. Solar Power Midwest did a wonderful job. The office staff of Angie and Sherri were always so kind and helpful. They always answered the phones, as I don't like how so many companies make you sit on hold or press 5 buttons to end up not talking to anyone. JOhn the sales rep was so nice and patient. Everything he said came true. And, my monthly bills have been even lower than he said, $5-10 a month. And even a few months no bill at all. Simply the best home remodeling experience I have had. Highly recommend.
Really appreciated the professionalism, effective communication and follow-through with the staff at SPM. My experience with other firms was not steller, so I came in pretty unimpressed with the solar industry. I'm happy to report my panels are installed, working great and I am a happy customer. Definitely recommend Solar Power Midwest.
I had solar panels installed by Solar Power Midwest in June of 2019. They were very professional and quick in the installation. They provided good follow-up care in making sure that our app was working to monitor the solar production, and in making sure that we were kept up to date on subsidies that we qualified for. Most recently, I needed a roof replacement due to a hail storm, and the solar panels needed to be removed. No local company knew how to do this, so Solar Power Midwest took them off and will be putting them up again. I am very pleased with their customer service and quality of the installation and panels.
