Greenwave installed about 72 solar panels on my home with 60 Kwh of battery storage in late November. We are currently producing a little over 70% or our power demand. We lost power during the ice storm for 3.5 days and ran off battery backup for 3 days so we were only without power for half of one day. I am having Greenwave install the hardware next week that will allow me to power my home with my F150 Lightning should we have another prolonged power outage. The guys from Greenwave were very professional from the beginning of this project. They were understanding of our needs and time constraints. The experience with Green Wave was top notch. I spoke with Creighton about the goals I had in mind for my system, since I already had a backup NG generator. He was able to put together two different options and ultimately settled on the best one for my existing infrastructure. He truly cares about people making the best informed decisions - explains everything and answers all questions without ever being pushy. Sara is super communicative and handled scheduling everything, she is a great gatekeeper for the project. Anna as the project manager was always willing to take phone calls and address concerns (don’t worry, I didn’t have any though). The install team was tremendous - 3 days on site, very friendly, respectful, & clean.Folks, this is a big monetary investment, there’s no secret to that. What I can tell you is that this company will be honest, fair, and follow through on what they commit to do. The workmanship of my system (46 panels, 2 batteries) was done with pride- it looks great and the support I received from the first time I spoke with them until today (I just received the final electric company sign off) is exactly what you want and expect when making this investment. I will happily recommend Green Wave if I ever hear anyone chatting about solar.
