I realized I lost my solar inverter when I got a hefty electric bill. I got the inverter shipped through solar edge, under warranty, but I needed to have it installed and connected to my system. I called a couple of places and got very vague estimates, far more expensive than Isaksen Solar. I got in touch with Lexi, who is excellent at her job, and she immediately took all the stress and the legwork away after I explained I had the solar inverter coming. She quoted me a fair price and when the inverter didn't show up as fast as I would have liked she kept in touch and came right out in a 3-day window I had before leaving on vacation. Isaksen solar was responsive, professional, and informative throughout the process. They will always be my first call if I need maintenance on my solar system. Thanks again Lexi!
Working with Isaksen Solar to convert to a solar electric system has been one of the least stressful things I have ever done! The whole process has been painless, worry-free, streamlined, and efficient. Ken took care of permitting and other things related to the project from start to finish, the installers were professional and respectful, and Sabrina has followed up after conversion. They have been available to answer questions, educate me, and provide details when needed. It was fantastic to see a zero balance due on the first bill from National Grid today. It was also wonderful to see the credits on the account! I would highly recommend Isaksen Solar to anyone looking to convert to solar power.
Cannot rave enough about Isaksen! We were constantly being approached by solar companies but after research found Isaksen was the best fit. It started from our initial sales conversation (no pressure, working with us), through permitting, project installation and after - their customer service is superior! They answered all of our questions, helped with all the paperwork and next steps and kept us informed along the way.The finished work is phenomenal and doesn’t have a noticeable or bulky look on the house (picture proof). I love that we have an app to monitor our production and usage daily, monthly, yearly, etc. We’ve been using solar for 4 months and seeing a $0 is truly the most remarkable feeling. If you are considering solar, Isaksen is the way to go!!!
The Isaksen team has been a pleasure to work from start to finish on my solar install! I typically don't write reviews, but these google reviews are how I was able to land on going with Isaksen so it was only right that give a review to help the next person who is on the fence on which company to go with. Bob on the sales team was great! He went though all the possible ways in which we could obtain solar, all the benefits to going solar, and all the warranty information. He was always available by phone or text before during and after install and I felt confident in Isaksen the whole way through. When install day came the crew looked for the best way for the conduit to be hidden so that the solar panels looked as clean and slick as possible. It was windy on install day so they were able to get all the wiring done, but needed to come back the following week to get the panels on. The next day I got a call from Jacob on the crew and said that they could come by to get the panels on since they were in the area! During install there was some silicone that ended up getting on a couple of panels, Jacob was up front and let me know and said that I could call the office to get the panels replaced. Mistakes happen, I truly appreciated the honesty! Panels effective by the silicone were replaced within a couple of days. Within a couple of weeks from install I was up and running. Isaksen is the way to go if you want solar!! I would recommend them without any hesitation!
Brad and his team were top notch the entire way through, from design, implementation and customer service. They stayed top of the project over an extended period and were professional in every respect, including continuing to monitor and optimize the array after project completion. So glad I selected them as our provider - I can't recommend them more strongly.
