Reviews consistently describe responsive communication, with calls and questions answered quickly. Homeowners note the team follows through on permitting, incentives, and interconnection without surprises. Many mention clear explanations of equipment options and credits, plus installations that met the quoted scope and timeline. Several long-term owners report systems running reliably with minimal issues.

Artie designed and installed our system back in 2014 when he was with Real Goods Solar. We have had very few issues, and none that were major. He's very responsive, easy to work with and easy to get in touch with. I just spoke with him and he answered on the 2nd ring.
I give him and his company 5 stars...

It has been a little over a year since Artie installed our Solar panels on two ground arrays behind our garage. It took quite a while to get the permits because my City did not have an ordinance allowing residential ground arrays. Artie hung in there and helped us to get a new ordinance passed.
Reliable Solar provided exactly what we were quoted. We have paid nothing for electricity to Eversource since we went live in June 2019. In fact, we have a credit from our production from our panels. We also get monthly checks from the SMART program that range from $65.00 to $184.00 a month for our 8.64 DC kW system. We got a 30% off tax credit in 2019 so it looks like our break even point will be around 4 1/2 to 5 years as promised. Thank Artie for a professional installation.

Artie and his team did a great job with our 2019 installation. He followed though on the entire process and delivered as promised. They were easy to work with, professional and up to speed on all the complex details of solar credits and rebates. We're just completing our first full year of solar and couldn't be happier.

I highly recommend Reliable Solar Solutions. They installed our system in 2016. Artie was very professional and more than helpful. We talked to quite a few companies regarding solar and I found Artie to be honest and informative. He went above and beyond and took care of everything. What was agreed on was delivered as promised and in the timeframe discussed. Our system has been running worry free except for one issue that we created with our internet but a quick email to Artie and he provided the a fast response and we were back in business in no time at all.

Reliable Solar Solutions did a great job throughout the whole process of getting solar for our home. There is a lot of information out there about which solar product is the best. Artie was great about to breaking it all down and keeping us well informed throughout the process. My wife and I highly recommend RSS for all your solar needs!
