The employee we worked with, Jeff, went above and beyond to work with us on getting the best deal, and making the transition to solar an affordable and effortless experience. Jon Fino was excellent to work with. He was referred to us by a friend who used him for their solar project. He came to us after we had someone knock on our door and giving us the pitch to change to solar. Jon reviewed the other company's design and found flaws in their load calculations that would have delivered us an "underpowered" system for a bigger monthly cost.Jon and his team were available through the whole process and kept reassuring us that a lot of the schedule is "hurry up and wait". Their contracting team showed up when they said they would and were done in less than a day.We were a little unsure about their abilities being a small newer company in the market, but their execution was flawless and couldn't speak higher of Jon and the company.The switch to solar was made easy by Nrep and Jon Fino.
After a very aggravating install process of lies and deception, system was installed September of 24, Stopped working May 25. Called main number a few days later. Finally after a week I got ahold of a rep. After a month of poor communication and no action, I got ahold of the VP of the company and he assured me it would be resolved. Now 3 months have gone by and the system still doesn’t work. Not one person has even been to my property.
