I had a very bad experience with Sunrun. Brendan Butler, my main sales associate, sold me the system and then disappeared — communication stopped completely. Promised tree removal never happened. The contractor they hired urinated on my fence. The roofer left nails all over my driveway; my son stepped on them and I had two cars get flats on separate occasions. They parked a commercial crane in my driveway, which sank it; Sunrun never properly repaired it. My neighbor referred me but Sunrun never gave him the referral credit. They finally connected the solar hardware but didn’t turn the system on until winter, so it produced almost no energy. I’m effectively paying the same electric bill as last year plus an extra $400 for a system that hasn’t produced power. Extremely disappointed — poor workmanship, broken promises, and no accountability.
I came here to thank Tamir Daniel and the SunRun crew which did a professional fenomenal installation at my my house ! 1st day they arrive in time scheduled and before proceed , they went over about all, and we they work with me and all details …… I high recommend SunRun , and Tamir Daniel the sales rep!
A positive experience so far: Alex Reda was our initial contact at Sunrun. He was informative, helpful during each stage (approvals, inspections etc.) of the overall installation process and has since followed up regularly to ensure that we have no issues. The actual installation of the panels was completed in a single day. The installation team (especially the electrician - David Doty) were very polite, efficient, respectful of our property and also followed up to ensure all components were working correctly. Our solar panel system has now been in operation for several months and is working as per our expectations from Sunrun.

So far so good! Panels installed yesterday. Still waiting for town inspector and Eversource before can turn on. Installers did a good job, as far as I can tell. Love my sales rep Bob Stern!! Highly recommended him if you are thinking about solar. He has a gentle demeanor and won't pressure you. I've known Bob for years and trust him 100%. He believes in what he's doing and it shows!!
