My solar panels are fine I’m happy with that.My problem is getting the paperwork to claim my solar credit for 2024 and 2025 taxes I have called and talked to 3 different people about this issue. But so far I haven’t received anything 2 months later. I paid for my panels myself no financing Solar Aternative didn’t have to wait for money. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to get the paperwork I need with all the technology we have.

Installation was quick and seamless, but following through with Entergy was not! After two months of waiting for Entergy to approve our installation and get us connected, we found out that a required City Permit had not been issued. When I wrote both to the city and to Solar Alternatives, lo and behold the city came out and issued the permit on that very day. Now we're still paying Entergy $250 electricity charges every month while we wait -- well into our 3rd month after installation -- to get connected. Solar Alternatives dropped the ball here :-(
