We couldn't be happier with our experience with Brooklyn SolarWorks. They made a complicated process (several different options for system size and payment on our unusually sized roof) incredibly easy to understand, and answered all our questions with patience and care. Fantastic onboarding, thoughtful guidance, invaluable hand holding as needed, flawless and clean installation, perfect leveraging of system monitoring technology, and great ongoing followup for all questions and tax support. I'm now a Brooklyn SolarWorks devotee and only regret I don't have a few more buildings for them to upgrade to solar. Oh... and yes, my ConEd bill has been significantly reduced :)
My experience with Brooklyn SolarWorks has been great! Getting a quote was easy and they go thru all the explanation on how it works. My advice is to really do a lot of research upon pulling a quote. Is good to have your questions ready before speaking to a rep. More importantly, they have a very friendly staff. Feel free to visit their office, which is really fun to visit. Communication was very thorough during the whole process of purchasing and installation. One slipup is the miscommunication that they had to change manufacturers of solar panels. I only wished they gave me time to consider other options. Nevertheless, the backup manufacturer had great panels. Installation day was simple, it was all done within a couple hours.
Amazing group at Brooklyn SolarWorks, they made the entire process of getting solar in NYC trouble free. I loved their professionalism and passion for sustainability. The team also helped with getting an EV plug installed on my property. Highly recommend BSW to anyone considering Solar in NYC.
