I chose New York State Solar because of the salesman, Shake. My first impression of him was excellent. I asked him a lot of detailed questions, and he answered every single one with patience and clarity. His professionalism really stood out. We also chose New York State Solar to conserve electricity and take full advantage of the benefits of solar energy. We went through two full rounds of questions—first with me, and then with my husband. Shake handled both conversations with the same calm, knowledgeable demeanor. No matter how detailed or technical the questions were, his attitude never changed, and he remained confident and composed throughout. The first crew that came to work on the roof was very effective. There was a small issue, but as soon as I informed Shake, it was resolved the very next day. Cleanup was handled efficiently, especially considering there was snow in the backyard. There was a small amount of debris left, but overall everything was done in a very professional manner. We had no complaints from the neighbors, aside from the normal construction noise you’d expect from any project. The solar installation crew was outstanding. They were extremely efficient, quiet, and fast. Everything was cleaned up by 2 p.m., and they were gone before we even realized it. I would definitely recommend New York State Solar to my family and neighbors. Overall, we are very satisfied—and to top it off, there was no out-of-pocket cost for the roof. He clearly explained to me how everything Between the time of signing and installation was two weeks. It was very quick efficient and fast. I am a new homeowner so I had to advise my mom to bring in the big guns and speak to my sales representative to ask him questions after speaking to Joseph. My overall experience was excellent with the company. We had our old roof removed and cleared away. And we had a new roof installed that was done expertly. I think it's the overall good idea to have as many panels as can be fitted onto the roof for generating energy that we might need in the future. But my overall experience with the sales representative Tahir sheikh is what he was very professional and very helpful along the entire process. I would recommend this company to anyone who's interested in acquiring solar panels. I think they're done a very professional, very efficient job.
