Absolutely stellar service! Their reps are knowledgeable, honest, and set very realistic expectations for what to anticipate by going solar. I had so many other solar guys tell me what they thought I wanted to hear or beat around the bush and that only led to more frustration. But the guys at Solar Flex told me exactly what I needed to know you make an informed decision and I HIGHLY recommend them to folks in the New Jersey area.
Solar Flex reached out to me in February and offered a "no credit" option when I told them that Sunrun rejected me. They told me they didn't even need to run my credit at all, which was hard to believe, to say the least. I was skeptical all the way until the install day. Sure enough, they never once ran my credit, and I have solar panels now. I'm happy to know that it wasn't a scam lol I'm actually saving money
Solar Flex is the best and the staff was very knowledgeable. The gentleman who came to my house explained everything to me in clear, concise language, he didn't confuse me, and he justified every cent of the cost of the system and made sure that I understood exactly what is and what isn't included. They included an EV Charger in the deal at my request, and still managed to save me money! I couldn't be happier! Thank you Solar Flex!
Solar Flex LLC charged me $2500 to install EV charger at my home as part of contract for solar panel installation through SunPower.While the panels installation completed in December 2022 and went operational in February 2023, there is no update on EV charger installation and have been taking me in circles till date.I'm sure they'll lose the trust of the customers and lose their business down the line. I expect the team to be more responsible and accountable to carry out their operations/commitments to build reputation.Beware! I request others to make note of this before engaging with them for your solar needs.@Solar Flex-Please refund my money as promised.
