They took care of the whole process from sizing the system to pulling the permits and handling the post-install inspection. I want to give a shout-out to Natasha and Ashton for really looking out for my best interests and explaining the difference between a backup switch and a backup gateway. This small but significant difference helped plan my home's future electrical design.

We had an excellent experience with Option One Solar on our new construction solar installation. Kelsey, our project manager, was extremely communicative and attentive throughout the entire process. The whole team clearly took pride in their work, and everything was handled seamlessly from start to finish.What really stood out was their professionalism and care, they even contacted us to let us know someone had entered the house while they were working, just to confirm it was an authorized subcontractor. Since the property was an active new construction site with many different subs involved, this showed genuine care for the property and the overall safety of everyone.They were well priced, professional, and passed all required inspections on the first try. OptionOneSolar knocked it out of the park. What an incredibly professional, communicative, and speedy team! My wife and I really wanted ground mounts and they came in and installed 24 panel panels in one day, with 100 feet of trenching, and electrical hook up the following day. I’m honestly shocked how fast and how fun and intelligent this team is. They take as much time as you need to explain everything you need to know, and never cut any corners.
