We had Nexgen install our solar and are so glad we did! We had 3 quotes from other companies and chose Nexgen due to the equipment they offered. We had an incredible experience with Joel (the owner), Heather and Luke. They worked super fast to get our installation completed by the deadline we wanted. The electrician they use (Man) does incredible work. He replaced our main service panel and took pride in his work to make sure the conduit hugged our walls just right and also made the wiring in the panel beautiful! Joel made sure to use the best mounting equipment for our panels. Our neighbor who used a different contractor and had his project started 2 months before us, is still waiting for his inspections while I just received my PTO today! The communication with Heather could not have been better. She was on the ball and even went up the food chain to expedite the process at my city's permitting office when the city dropped the ball getting my permit issued. Luke was on site for the whole installation and for each inspection and commissioning of my solar project. The whole team was a joy to work with and I never once had the feeling that I was not top priority.

I work in the solar industry and thus have a unique perspective into what makes a good company to work with. And there was never any doubt that when it came time to do my project, that I would work with Joel and NexGen Solar. I was a difficult customer because of my work experience, but NexGen completed a total reroof and 6 KW solar system + battery quickly and competently. Luke, Joel and Heather managed the process from start to finish and it could not have been more stress-free. When I asked about an aesthetic preference for the installation, Joel offered to help with a solution without any hesitation. I cannot speak highly enough about the pride, attention to detail and professionalism from the entire NexGen team, including installers. I am so happy to have trusted them with my home.
