Almost four months into this and my panels still aren’t active. Missed four days of work because of last minute reschedules and the work crew being late. You’ll get a lot of communication at first but once the sale is made you are dead to the company. Would not recommend them. I’m pretty sure they have already changed their name which is par for the solar company game. Install crew arrived high, came back a few days later six hours late high again and with their kids. I would not recommend this company. G with literally anybody else.
They made me pay upfront for service I needed on the system they installed before they could tell me when they could come out to service it. I paid $349 and then the scheduler told me they couldn’t give me a date for Service. My system was down and I needed it running as soon as possible. They said they didn’t have any business in Virginia and that they would contact me and let me know once they had enough calls to schedule me. This company was bought out by solar power corporation. I found a local company to do the work the next day and I called for a refund. Two days later I asked about the refund and they told me it was being processed and they were going to send me a check when I had paid with my American Express card. I told him this was not acceptable and they failed to respond. There’s too many red flags with this company Buyer beware.
I would give zero stars if I could. The seller in the VA market, Mr Leathers lied, schemed and withheld information. The installers put holes all in my walls and it took 3months for them to fix but can't paint over the repair. Their reimbursement checks bounced. Customer service is not helpful. Communication is non existent. Avoid this company at all cost. I really feel scammed.
I was excited to go Solar a year ago and my Rep Sam was awesome, but now its been a year and I was supposed to be receiving an incentive for 18 months. I never received checks for November and December and have called multiple times and they said they are taking care of it. last month they sent a check and I deposited it and it was charged back to my acct and now I have fees from my bank so that is 3 checks totaling $890.97 and another $296.99 comes out of my acct tomorrow. Just called Blue Raven once again and still no answers. The accounting department is busy so the rep stated and will return my call. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Antwoine, Kevin and Justin were our installers and could not have been nicer. They spent a good 8 hours on our installation and we are well pleased with their professionalism, friendliness, and abilities. They even took photos of a live wire in our attic that had damage from animals and sent it to us so we could have it repaired even though it had nothing to do with their installation. We can’t wait to have the inspection done so we can power up. Thank you to Antwoine, Kevin and Justin for all their hard work.
