Another customer says that six years after installation, after bolts came loose and an ice-dam problem was linked to the original hookup, the company sent an electrician to redo the setup and a crew to secure the solar installation; metal-roof snow stops were an added expense.

John and Claire were great - knowledgeable, responsive, and quality work. They were the only solar company that didn't seem to just churn out the same system setup as all the others for our ground mount scenario. From trenching to PTO took around a month with constant updates on progress.

John and Claire have helped us with everything from setting up an off-grid micro-solar system for a yurt to installing a grant-funded 2.2 kW off-grid pole mount for our farm.
