Like another previous reviewer, we were up against the deadline to have the work done in time to qualify for the tax credit. They worked diligently with us to get things done in time.

The permitting and other paperwork aspects were handled very professionally and they were great about explaining the process and responsive and helpful regarding any questions.

The installation went great. Max Childs, the installer did a great job on the install. It was clear he was very experienced and competent at the task. He was also great about explaining everything you could need to know and answering any questions. He has also graciously answered questions that came up after the install.

Very good experience throughout the entire process with Andrew and Max.

Northeast Solar handled our solar installation this fall. When I first spoke with Justin it was already mid-August, and the end-of-year deadline for the tax credit meant a very tight fall schedule. I appreciated Justin's transparency regarding the crunch, and the generous 10% discount he offered if the work couldn't be completed in time. As it turned out, the crew had everything installed and interconnected by early November. From permitting to working with the credit union to the final switch flip, they were calm, professional, and efficient. We were well informed every step of the way, and the installation process itself was remarkably chill in terms of commotion and time. This is the second installation in our extended family done by Northeast Solar and we've all been thrilled with their work.

Northeast Solar installed our 8.1Kw system in early 2023, and the process was fantastic. We initially met with Rusty, who helped explain the pros/cons of our location (we live at the base of a mountain which will affect shading), and also reviewed options/equipment/rates/savings, helping us "do the math" that everyone who installs a PV system should know. We then did our due diligence and contacted several other companies in the area for similar quotes, and were unimpressed with their level of knowledge compared to our initial experience with Northeast. After deciding to move forward with Northeast Solar, the installation process was easy and quick, with the crew even staying late one evening to ensure things were wrapped up on the second day. Since the system was powered on, we have been excited to see the savings and have used the software provided to spin up spreadsheets that help us visualize our payback in real time, and so far everything has exceeded our expectations. Do yourself a favor and give Northeast Solar a call if you are thinking about solar for your home.

Max, the installer of the pumps, was outstanding in his professional work ethic, flexibility to meet my condo association’s requirements, knowledge and skill. We had our panels installed over 15 months ago by Northeast Solar and have not had any issues and have not had an electric bill since. After the first 6 months we built up a credit balance over $800 heading into the winter months. By springtime we still had a credit balance, that has now continued to increase. The panels themselves look great. There are no galvanized electrical conduit pipes showing on the roof or sides of the house, like other companies use. Highly satisfied. Great people to work with. Highly recommend using Northeast Solar.
