Following a disastrous experience with another local company, we turned to Cromwell for our residential Generac generator installation. Everyone we dealt with--from start to finish--was professional, knowledgeable, and super to work with. They handled the permitting process and coordinated with the local electrical company and propane provider. The entire project would have been completed in about 60 days if the propane company hadn’t caused a delay. We will have Cromwell out every year to service our generator and we will toast the entire crew with a hot cup of tea every time the power goes out (which is unfortunately a lot).
