RICH SOLAR

I purchased six panels, two charge controllers, z-brackets, and then all of the cables and splitters that I needed to get my home going on solar power. (I already had batteries and an inverter.) We picked the order up at their warehouse in Norco. Everything we received was exactly what we ordered, and it all works well. We did have one issue with the connection between one charge controller and the battery bank, and their technical support walked us through fixing the problem. (Not enough insulation had been stripped off the end of a cable, so it wasn't making a good connection inside the charge controller.) Their customer service is top notch. When I'm ready for some more panels, I'll definitely purchase from them again!

i received my order for 8 Rich Solar MEGA 250W 24v panels today after I ordering them on Monday, nice a quick! The Black Friday.discount allowed my to save about $400. Each panel was very well packaged with both an exterior box and inner system that is compressed into and around the aluminum panel frame along with foam for added protection. As I unpacked each box I looked for potential damage, none was found and then tested each panel with my multimeter to confirm there were no DOA panels. I would definitely do business with this company again.

I purchased my first 200 watt solar panel and had it shipped to me. I installed it on top of my van, hooked it up to my power station and it was consistent in generating power from the sun. I hit the road and drove across county in June and the 200 watt 24 v. Panel kept my 12 volt lights, fridge, fans and water pump powered. I decided to add another 200 watt panel to the system so I made the pilgrimage to Rich Solar in Ontario California . Billy was fantastic to say the least, He greated me with a cup of coffee and a Rich Solar T Shirt! Billy gave me a tour of the warehouse, after which I purchased my 2nd panel . Once I installed it I headed up to Yosemite and the north Pacific for a few weeks, the addition of the second panel was amazing! My power station has never dropped below 70 percent even on cloudy days. Rich Solar panels are top shelf and will keep you charged up even in the north Pacific. Thanks Billy, your products and customer service are second to none. William H.

This review is for the 100 watt mega slim panels. I got these so I could fit them next to the fan and maximize the space on the roof of my van. Picture shows one panel. I now have four of them and the quality is outstanding. Rich solar customer service is excellent. I called with some questions about the dimensions and what would be compatible with my system. They were extremely helpful and I am forever grateful for the time they took to go through everything with me.

I bought 4 flexible panels and (2)100 Ah batteries. I drove a long distance, but I arrived on a Friday past closing. I saw 2 men carrying something out and I asked if they were open and they said YES! I was so happy bc I would have had to wait until Monday to get my supplies. They were so helpful and carried out my things. Customer service is top notch. My panels are working great as I have had time to use them since July. I haven't had a chance to really use the batteries, but they seem to be great too.
