This went from what I thought was one of the best companies to one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I had solar installed, all was great, then it rained and I have major leaks exactly where the solar was installed. Even though I was told by the sunrun people that came out to inspect the roof say that it was definitely due to the install, the case manager deemed otherwise and closed the case. I forgot to mentioned, she offered a few hundred dollars for "partial responsibility", despite the fact that this will be multiple thousands of dollars to fix. I was out of the country when I received this email and responded via email that I would call when I returned to discuss. I have tried calling and emailing Mkaila multiple times and she will not return my calls or emails. I tried calling the customer service number and of course there is nothing they can do as the case has been closed. I just cant fathom the lack of responsibility taken by a company where it is so obviously their fault. This entire thing is almost comical as the leak is right where they installed the panels and the conduit to the battery (no leak anywhere prior to install). Wish me luck in this battle as they are not willing to do what is right and fix their mistakes. Unbelievable!
