Two days ago the software stopped monitoring the kw production on my solar panels for a little over an hour. I contacted Supreme Solar and the personnel contacted the software company right away. The software company needed to do an upgrade that would take an hour to install. My monitoring of my solar panels started a little over an hour later. The personnel at Supreme Solar took care of this issue ASAP. This was the first time I had an issue since the installation of the panels in July 2023. I would highly recommend this company for solar panels since their competition is either shut down, do not answer their phones, or out of business.

We already had a solar system in place, but we decided to add more capacity and install a battery so we could protect ourselves during outages and store extra energy instead of selling it back to the utility. Because we were working with an existing system, things got a lot more complicated, but Mohammed and the Supreme Solar team were able to design a setup that worked seamlessly with what we had and still met all our needs.The components were top-quality, the install was professional, and everything’s been running smoothly since day one. The overall project took longer than a typical installation because of the added complexity — coordinating with the city on permits, working through design and component approvals with the utility, and making sure the builder cleared everything for the existing roof. Through all of it, Mohammed stayed on top of every detail, kept things moving, chased down the right people, and making sure we always knew what was going on.There are cheaper providers out there, but I don’t think they come close when it comes to quality or service. Mohammed also helped us find a smart financing option, and overall we’re really happy with the system and the experience we had with Supreme. Highly recommended.
