They were extremely friendly, professional, and responsive, all of which resulted in a really positive experience. They continued to check in with us via email after the installation was complete, and continue to be available for questions. If you are thinking about installing solar panels, SunWatt Solar would be my first and only recommendation!

I recently added a few panels to augment my preexisting solar installation by Sunwatt (installed a few years ago). Both times, the experience was great. Their staff performs a detailed analysis of expected solar production, explains the process in an approachable way, then takes care of everything to get the system running. Both times, the install work has been professional and not disruptive. My system has produced energy as-expected from original sales estimates and we look forward to additional energy produced from our new panels offsetting our bill even more.

First class service! Dana and his team were very professional, meticulous and on time. They answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. We qualified for and successfully applied for a state renewable energy grant. In fact, they researched all the grants and incentives we qualified for and advised us on the best way to proceed. The team at Sunwatt solar were very proactive in gathering all the information needed and completed the application on our behalf. Since installation they've continued to monitor our system and are available if needed. They're also committed to post installation support. We were planning on going Solar for awhile. I researched for almost a year the pros and cons of different solar panels -- efficiency, wiring, automation for user control, etc. Also, important to me was to not cut down some of my very old and beautiful ornamental trees. Sunwatt Solar understood and appreciated my concerns. They formulated several designs to make sure the finished product would not only look seamless on the roof but provide the efficiency ratings. Essentially, after a year since the install I must say their estimates of energy production per month have been spot on or better. The design phase took awhile but the team was extremely patient and worked with us. This was a very difficult install, since they had to wire from the roof down to the basement. The house walls are stone and brick and hence not easy to drill and run wires. But, the team was extremely professional, on time, and left the property in pristine condition. The office staff was also very professional. They handled all the paperwork for my incentives, grants, tax credits, and inspection flawlessly. All in all, working with a local company and more importantly a trustworthy solar company like Sunwatt made this entire project not so nerve racking. We purchased the LG black panels. They look absolutely terrific on a black roof.
