I first talked with Dallin Berbasso, who introduced me to Sunrun. He gave me a very good general overview of Sunrun’s solar program. He did a very good job of explaining what the program was and how it worked. Then I met with Kade Larsen. Kade explained the program to me in detail. He was very nice, answered all my questions, explained things in detail, and told me how every step of the process would work. He made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. I believe both Dallin and Kade were very professional and excellent representatives for Sunrun. I was impressed with the Sunrun program and how it will benefit me. I am now in the process of getting my solar panels. I will update this review when the panels have been installed.

We recently had our solar installation completed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our project manager, Jason Hatin, was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He communicated clearly and consistently throughout the entire process, always keeping us informed and answering all of our questions thoroughly.Jason was not only prompt and professional, but also incredibly friendly and patient, making what could have been a complex process feel smooth and stress-free. The installation itself went off without a hitch, and everything was completed on schedule with no issues. Jason even followed up after the project was done to ensure everything was working as expected.Overall, we highly recommend this company and especially appreciate Jason’s dedication and excellent customer service.
Everything has been good, but it did take a long time to get us installed and turned on. Jason hatin was my rep and he did tell me that's the catch here. But it didn't cost me anything for these upgrades from start to finish. I would say that the install crews need to communicate more with the design team to expedite the process I think. But overall a great experience.
