They did a great job with our Solar Installation in late 2021, as we had some minor repair work needed in 2023.Also, since we purchased SunPower Panels, and SunPower had a BK in late 2024, we lost the SunPower warrantyThe team at Cool Blew, (Ken), was able to provide assistance and service with our system, and was very helpful.

Very disappointed with Super Home Warranty and Cool Blew. Would do negative if that was an option.I am completely and totally dis-appointed with Super and Cool Blew. The misalignment between Super and Cool Blew, no coordination with me and letting me know what was going on. It took over a month just to ultimately put all the work back on my shoulders because I wasn't going to let Cool Blew screw me out of $2950 dollars to remove a water heater and sheet rock. On top of that I'm on a well, I've been hauling water as the well can't keep up, that cost me $360.00 extra this month on top of the leak detection from Cool Blew that cost another $265.00. So all in all it cost me $700 for you to pay $800 and now I still have to get it all completed before Xmas. Thanks for nothing.I don't have that kind of money to throw away. I've been a Super Customer for 3 years and cannot believe this is how the company treats its customers. I will not be renewing this home warranty even if another home warranty costs more next September. Stay away from Cool Blew....unless you like to be jerked around and not communicated with.
Overall great experience!!! From the moment heather answered the phone to the moment Ricky solved my old system issues. It was a gift from god that I saw their ad, Would recommend 10/10 times!
