The worst solar company that I have dealt with as far as timelines, having to repeat processes multiple times, almost zero communication. There will be at least 4-5 different people handling every little step in the process and no one talks to anyone else, so you have no idea who to get ahold of if you have a problem or questions and they don’t follow up with anything when I’ve had questions. The lack of communication also means that they will ask you the same questions 4 times and every single person will say some version of “oh I didn’t see that in my notes.”

Mike, the project manager, kept me updated every step of the way, and Gerson, the customer service manager, made sure I was always in the loop throughout the project. I contacted Solar Optimum a couple of weeks ago with an inquiry about a Powerwall extension battery. We already have one and love it. My initial contact was pleasant enough and I was contacted right away by another Rep. Although we decided not to move forward with the project due to some price increases the overall experience was very professional. I initially contacted them because of the high reviews I was reading. I would definitely consider them in the future if we have any other solar needs.
I had a great experience working with Solar Optimum on our solar installation. From the initial set up, the process with professional and efficient. Installation was on time and when I had questions and concerns about panels not working properly they were quick to resolve the problems. I highly recommend them.
Was a great experience from beginning to end! Everyone involved was very knowledgeable and helped with our endless questions! Mitch made sure we knew the process from start to finish and really made us feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in solar!
