The worst solar company that I have dealt with as far as timelines, having to repeat processes multiple times, almost zero communication. There will be at least 4-5 different people handling every little step in the process and no one talks to anyone else, so you have no idea who to get ahold of if you have a problem or questions and they don’t follow up with anything when I’ve had questions. The lack of communication also means that they will ask you the same questions 4 times and every single person will say some version of “oh I didn’t see that in my notes.”

I contacted Solar Optimum a couple of weeks ago with an inquiry about a Powerwall extension battery. We already have one and love it. My initial contact was pleasant enough and I was contacted right away by another Rep. Although we decided not to move forward with the project due to some price increases the overall experience was very professional. I initially contacted them because of the high reviews I was reading. I would definitely consider them in the future if we have any other solar needs.
