We have been incredibly happy with SunSolar. We met our sales person - Rob at a Home Show in Glendale. He was absolutely the nicest most genuine person and answered all our questions. We still weren't sold on the idea of solar and at the time we were building a new house. Rob stayed in contact with us and watched our home being built with us. He was never pushy or aggressive. He had fans and knowledge and he was passionate. We really appreciated him. During this time we had numerous other solar companies come over to quote us and give us more options. Many were very aggressive offering to sell us more equipment for cheaper prices, etc etc. However, we always went back to Rob. We feel he was honest and proud. The way Sunsolar installs and does business seemed superior and so we finally after almost a year of talking to Rob purchased. We are so happy we did. From that moment forward we had communication every step of the way. Our Care Rep - Kelly was also wonderful. She kept us in the loop about every step of the process. Who was coming to our house and why. We were grateful for the excellent communication. We have been turned on and operational for about a month now and we already had a service message come up for a panel. Kelly was on it. She text me immediately saying the tech would be there the next day. If you're in the business for Solar, we would HIGHLY recommend Sunsolar Solutions. You will not be disappointed!
Where to begin... Unsatisfied isn't the word, scammed is more like it. We've had our system for about 4 years now. It's never saved us money. We don't even break even on the monthly payment on the panels alone. After the first year, we called and Sunsolar went into our APS account to evaluate. Their response was were using 15% more energy than we were year one. Ok fine, but the offset in savings from our initial quote is way more than 15%. So financially, this was a horrible loss for us, and we'll be paying for many years to come.Last year, I had a roof inspection for due diligence. He showed me pictures that one roof tile is broken and one is missing altogether. The only way this can happen is if the solar installers broke one and took it with them to hide the evidence. So now, we were lied to by the sales rep, and the installers were dishonest.2Two weeks ago, I received a sales call from Aubrey at Sunsolar trying to sell me a power wall battery. I told her about the roof and that we can't even discuss another purchase if that isn't made right at minimum. She kept me on the phone for 25 minutes swearing up and down she would escalate the issue with the correct department and also follow up personally. She isn't "one of those people who just ghosts you." I haven't received a call or follow up, so looks like just another lie from this company.Can anyone who reads this understand why we feel scammed? We're stuck paying for this mistake but I encourage others to avoid like the plague. If you just have to get solar, get Tesla since we have several friends and our neighbor who are happy with theirs. Needles to say, we are NOT.
