Been looking at solar for years and a few have come and gone. Jason came by and helped us with the battery and solar. We had a massive dangerous tree in front that was hanging over our home. They helped us removed it and we are 100% satisfied with everything. The crew came today and were done within 4-5 hours. Highly recommend. We went to refer our in-laws and they have Sunrun. We are extremely pleased that we made the decision to work with SUNRUN to upgrade and add to our existing solar system. Our system is up and fully functioning and the transition to SUNRUN was seamless and easy. Solar panel installation was fast, efficient and very clean. All the installers were professional, highly skilled and very accommodating. The work and installation for the Tesla backup batteries was very neat and the system fit well in a convenient spot in our garage. Each and every worker on these two elements of the project were excellent and very proficient.

We were lucky to have Damian Peters as the Solar Energy Consultant for our installation. Damian is very knowledgeable about SUNRUN’s products and systems, and he carefully managed the installation process, bringing the project to a successful completion according to the schedule. Damian is an excellent communicator and was always available to answer our questions regarding the system and the project timing. He also helped us to find a home for our pre-existing backup battery.

Bridgit Yates Customer Experience Pro was very efficient, helpful and made us feel that we were always getting the best and most up-to-date information and schedules. She played an important role in helping to get our solar system activated smoothly.
