After having 3 prior companies out to assess my non functioning solar without resolution
Imperium was assigned.
They acted quickly, even notifying me on a holiday as to when they would be out to resolve my issue.
Within 5 minutes of meeting Nick the electrician, I knew he was highly qualified. He found numerous critical issues with my solar installation and my solar was up and running again in no time.
Te and Catherine in office were fantastic in communicating with loan co to get authorization for repair, i always knew they had my back.
I can't say enough about Nick's work ethic and efficiency, not to mention sense of humor and funny laugh.

The only female owned ETHICAL solar company that won't screw you over is Imperium! Specifically the owner, T, went above and beyond to talk me through how to get unscrewed by another solar company and was there for any and all my questions no matter how small. Solar is the wild wild west out there, the big companies suck because of this. They just care about how much money they can make off of you but Imperium is run by someone with one of the highest values there are: integrity, patience, and proactivity. T anticipated every need I had and answered every question BEFORE I even knew to ask it because why the hell would I know about solar?? Imperium checks up on you to make sure even after they do your installation that you're still good!! The other company ghosted, Imperium called me; they are not the same. This is the ONLY company I would recommend to anyone.

I like so many other people had the misfortune of doing business with vision solar but unlike a lot of people my system was installed and was partially working for awhile. As my production decreased I was continually calling only to be told that a work order would be made up or someone would call me back. Needless to say neither ever happened. Then after 18 months of phone calls and complaining my whole system stopped working. That’s when I discovered that vision solar went bankrupt.
To make a long story short. I got luck. I called imperium solar company and actually talked to the owner of the company and after telling her my situation she explained in detail what she would do and promised me she would get my system back up and running. And she did. It did cost me a few extra dollars but my system has been producing exactly what she told me it would be and I am extremely happy. So if you’re looking for help I would highly recommend calling Teresa. She WILL definitely take the time to explain what she will do and she always will call you back. Certainly a totally different experience than we had with vision solar.

Imperium Solar was hands down the best solar company I have ever interacted with and I have spoken to many! From start to finish, their team was awesome!
The consultation was informative and they weren’t pushy at all - I hate pushy! I got to be a part of the design process which was really helpful in getting to see what the system would look like and I got to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Their knowledge and expertise instilled confidence in me from the get-go. The crew was very efficient, professional, and clearly skilled at their craft. Matt made sure I was informed each step of the way. The guys worked diligently to get the job done before the sun went down and they did it without cutting any corners. The final stages were seamless and Jodie was excellent at keeping me up to date on the last steps. I wholeheartedly recommend Imperium Thank you to the entire team for a job well done!
