One of the installed batteries turned out to be defective; technicians stayed for several hours to troubleshoot problems and the manufacturer determined that a replacement would be needed. Assured Solar delayed final billing of the installation until a replacement was shipped. The installation is complete and functioning; I'm very pleased with Assured Solar's work.
