Customer feedback consistently mentions clear communication, patient education about solar options, and responsive coordination from proposal to installation. Many note competitive bids and tidy workmanship. Several reviewers appreciated flexible scheduling and transparent timelines, even when the calendar was full. Overall ratings indicate strong satisfaction with both process and results.

We reached out to First Light Solar while exploring solar options in Maine and had a very positive experience. The team was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and took time to clearly explain how solar works and what to expect. Ultimately, we didn’t move forward with them because their schedule was too full to guarantee installation before the tax credit deadline—but we appreciated their transparency and professionalism throughout. Definitely worth speaking with if you're considering solar in Maine.

I can't recommend First Light Solar enough! They recently installed my off-grid solar system in my converted school bus. From the very beginning, they were incredibly flexible —even when I had to push the installation dates back multiple times. They worked with me every step of the way, showing patience and understanding that made the whole process stress-free.

Their team was not only professional but also extremely kind and informative. They took the time to explain everything about my system in a way that was easy to understand, making sure I felt confident before hitting the road.

A couple of months into my travels, I had some questions about my system. I sent Corey a quick text, and without hesitation, he was willing to hop on a call and walk me through everything. That level of customer care and ongoing support speaks volumes about the kind of company they are.

If you're looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely kind team to handle your solar needs, First Light Solar is the way to go. I’m so grateful for their work and highly recommend them to anyone considering an off-grid setup!

First Light has been a real pleasure to work with. Not only was their bid for the work highly competitive, they were friendly, great communicators and did a masterful job with the installation. We can not recommend them more.

We decided to go with this company after getting a variety of quotes from multiple other companies. From the very first conversation, everything was simple and broken down so we could understand the basics as well as the intricacies of the process. First Light Energy was not only the best prices, but also gave us many choices. From design layouts and types of panels to multiple ways to pay off our install, we felt like we had options. Every email was professional and prompt. Every question was answered directly without hidden agendas or fine print. They took care of all the details with CMP to make the transition smooth and straightforward. Within a few weeks of signing our contract, First Light Energy installed all 19 panels into a beautiful array on our roof in a single day. Lastly and most importantly, the personnel were kind, down-to-Earth, and friendly from beginning to end. I can't recommend them enough! We are so happy with our decision to go solar energy, but even happier that we chose to go with First Light Energy.

Being new to solar, we were reluctant, but Corey and Cameron spent the time to walk us through the entire process and answered all of our questions. We did not feel like just another customer but like they truly cared about us and wanted us to feel comfortable. The end result is amazing, and we would (and have) recommend them to anyone even just curious about what solar can do for them.
