Reviews

What customers say

Several customers praise helpful service and systems that kept running well over several years. One homeowner reports that an inverter failed during the first week and was replaced that same week, with a later visit to check on the system. A dissatisfied customer reports incorrect installation information, incomplete and incorrectly performed work, property damage, and a lack of support, saying the company blamed the problems on the customer.

3 YEAR UPDATE. Everything running great. We were told the 48 LG panels with two inverters would give us 90% of the power we would need to run our house. Spot on, we get between 85 and 95 % depending on the weather. We had an inverter fail after the first week they came over that week and replaced it with a new one. They even stopped by the house one day just to see how we were doing and if the system was living up to our expectations. We could not be happier. A special thanks to Heather, she was so helpful.

Erica Waugh

Customer service was outstanding and our system that supplies power to our home and farm has run flawless since installment 3 years ago.

Kade Kelly

Was given inadequate and incorrect information regarding install. Install was done incorrectly, incompletely and with damage to property. Customer service is non-existent, as they blamed all their many failures on me. Avoid at all cost!

Floyd is the real deal! I wish all contractors were as professional and consistent as him. I would recommend him to anyone. An absolute pleasure to work with.
