We had been considering solar energy in our home when James Neal with Team Solar was recommended to us. James promptly responded to our inquiry and visited to review our property and requirements. He clearly explained a typical project plan, and outlined regulations, applications for permits and approvals, tax incentives and rebates. We provided a recent electric bill and usage history and he further provided a look at what kind of energy cost-savings we might realize, and how a properly sized solar energy system would be configured atop our house. We found James to be very knowledgeable and professional, and he offered to answer any questions or concerns we might have at every stage of the project.Prior to installation James managed all permits/applications needed and ordered required equipment, which arrived on-schedule. His installation team, Lighthouse Solar, met with us to review and stage the materials for the installation.The Lighthouse Solar team was very experienced and skilled. They followed safety protocols and were respectful of our property. They completed the installation promptly and made sure we had an understanding of the system operations before they considered the installation complete.The entire process went smoothly and stayed on schedule and within original scope throughout. We are very pleased with the way the project went, and are already receiving the benefits of our investment. We value good people with integrity and strong work ethics.
