The summer of 2025 we contacted multiple solar companies for bids to install solar panels and a backup battery. During the design, installation and final walk through we were pleased with the expertise, patience, and communications of all individuals involved with the project.Rachel O’Keeffe, our project manager, patiently answered any questions that arose during the purchase of materials and installation. She assisted in scheduling the solar installation crew around the landscaping project we were simultaneously undertaking. Rachel followed up after the installation to assure we were familiar with the solar panel and battery system and associated software. Nicole Nicholls was instrumental in interacting with the Energy Trust of Oregon to assure the project met their requirements for available solar incentives.The installation crew was punctual, courteous, and responsive to our questions and concerns. They carefully coordinated activities with the landscaping crew to assure the safety of all workers on site. They carefully removed the existing solar system to allow for construction, then reinstalled and updated the system once the addition was complete. Their team handled everything — providing plans and specifications, coordinating with the project team, and managing the permitting/inspection process — which made the entire installation seamless and stress-free.
