Quick Solar Solutions is truly professional in their work. I worked with Scott, and it was fun to connect with him, for my solar needs. He answered all my queries and would revert in case he needed time to research. His partner, Emerald Energy was awesome and completed the installation within 2 months of getting into contract. Besides, quick solar provided clear instructions to get Duke rebate. The company also had a flexible payment plan. Overall, I do not see any negatives and was very pleased to have them get us on solar.
Getting solar panels seemed complicated and daunting to me, but Scott answered all of my questions (even when I asked them more than once) and explained everything to me so I understood the process. He was there every step of the way to make sure installation was seamless and was done correctly, and it only took a day! He kept me informed about what was happening and sent me reminders when there was action I needed to take. I love my solar panels, and the app makes it easy to see what they are producing and what I'm using. I highly recommend QSS!
