They are doing the service calls for Blue Raven Solar and are difficult to work with. It has taken over a dozen phone calls and 3 months to get my inverters replaced under warranty. Im still waiting on them to come out, even though I paid the service fee for them to come out over a week ago.
I cannot recommend Blue Raven. The solar panels have been good, but the service has been awful. We had major leaks after installation that took two years to fix. Now one of our panels needs a repair. When we asked for the repair, the sent the part immediately but took forever to send someone out to install it. Months. Then when someone finally came out, which they charged us for, they left without telling us and told us we needed the part they had already sent us. It’s now been months again and they want to charge us again to come out and install the part. I wish we had never had these solar panels installed.
UPDATE :: They came , uninstalled , we got roof BUT now its seating in our backyard from last month. We called , they sent a date and material for 15 panels whereas we have 29 panels total SO the installation company went back and now there is nothing , no communication , no dates meanwhile our electricity bill shoots up high , we have a festival season so we use more lights . This is by far the WORST experience we had in 20 years. The company does not want to take customer service any seriously. Now we need to look for options by ourselvesWe had our Solar installed from Blue Raven , did a great job , we gave reference to lot of people BUT everything was fine until we had to replace our roof. The roof replacement company told us that our roof cannot be replaced until the solar panels are uninstalled, so we contacted blue raven for assistance and they sent us a quote for payment to be made in order to get the service. We made the payment, and after that its all up in the air!, calls after calls for so many weeks. Everytime the answer is we are checking , will let you know . We are working on it , those are the answers. Its been almost a month now and we still dont have new roof. The roof shingles are just lying in our driveway from last couple weeks. Way to go for customer service that too after taking payment
Just finished up the install today and we will be getting the final inspection soon. From Megan who stopped over and drew everything up to Lee's install team, the experience was nothing less than phenomenal. If considering going OFF THE GRID this company would be the one to call. Very impressed with all of the professionalism from start to finish.
Awesome, coordinated, and smooth installation process! Took roughly three hours and the crew produced great work. Everyone that I dealt with at Blue Raven was professional and a large help! Highly recommend for anyone’s Solar Panel needs!
