Reviews are mixed, with many homeowners praising courteous and hard-working install crews, clean job sites, and clear on-site explanations. Critical feedback commonly mentions delays between panel installation and final utility approval, missed updates during permitting or inspections, and difficulty reaching project managers for status. Some reviewers reported multiple inspection attempts before passing. Overall sentiment highlights solid field workmanship but uneven communication and scheduling after the initial install.

Russell Midel on Titanium Solar

Salesman was great, very informative and knowledgeable for what little experience he had in the field. No issue with the solar panels install team as they did very clean work.

My problem lies with the lack of project management and lack of client communication. The panels were installed in December and we had ZERO communication from anyone until we reached out to them in FEBRUARY and apparently had to remind them that the meter still needed to be replaced. Then the person who was assigned as our project manager no longer works there and there still was no follow up from Titanium about completing the job. I had to call them again to get assigned another PM.

So now I’m expected to start paying for panels that aren’t connected. And from the looks of others reviews, I need to be concerned about them leaving the stucco repair unfinished once they do get around to swapping out my main.

I’ve worked in residential construction for 20 years and run my own company. This is easily the worst experiences I’ve had with another company in the trades. Sad to see that I have to write a review like this to get a rise out of them.

Will update if any work gets done.

Edit: funny how I can get a reply on Google from them about a bad review in less than 30 minutes before I get a call back from their office. I called them before I wrote this review and still no one has followed up. But their PR people are on the ball.

Here we are nearly 18 months later and still nothing from Titanium. They installed the panels on the roof and box for the inverter but made a complete mess of my house. Supposedly PGE is supposed to be out here to run a new main feed to my house but no one from Titanium has updated me in the last six months

9/15/23 - It is now a year and no Solar because the wiring cannot pass the City inspection and Titanium Solar has not contacted me to fix the botched wiring on my electric panel to be able to pass inspection. I have Solar Panels on my roof that have never been connected to my power company’s grid and I have no idea if they work. They have sat on my roof collecting dust for a year never turned on. There customers service don’t care or help. There contractors came to my house 10 times to pretend to work and do nothing but get high. This was supposed to lower my electric bills not add to my bills by charging me for Solar panels that don’t work. 06/27/23 Update - It has now been 9 months without the Solar panels on my roof being operational because Titanium Solar can not pass wiring inspections and it is taking 3 months for appointments. They cancel appointments and do not show up. Customer service makes all kinds of promises that they don’t keep. I am a woman and a widow of 3 years. Is this why I am being treated so poorly. Others have had their Solar Panels completed in 3 months. What will it take to have this project completed. I am praying to God because of my anguish and frustration! The hole they banged into my garage wall remains open. I asked them to cover my payments for the last 9 months and they advised me that they no longer cover or reimburse customers on payments for non working Solar Units installed . They have not paid for at least one payment when they have covered at least 1 or 3 payments for other customers. I can’t even get my panels installed at all. I keep getting horrible work done with wiring. So , Dividend the financial company that Titanium Solar uses expects me to pay for 9 months of non-Functioning Solar panels due to no fault of my own but the fault of Titanium unprofessional workers. They cancel appointments at any giving time for multiple reasons.

It takes a long time to get appointments and there are multiple phases of getting solar panels installed. They could not pass the city electrical inspection two times and I have paid for three months for Solar panels that do not work. There customers service managers do not get on the phone nor do they return phone calls. Steer clear of this company . They left wholes that they banged into my garage walls exposed for weeks. Their workers left their empty food and drink containers and papers all over my property for me to throw away.

Panels were installed within a few weeks. Electrical hook up still not done after 13 weeks.
No one ever calls about statice on finishing install. This company has vary bad customer service.
A friend went with a different solar company and it was completed in 4 weeks.
Update: well after three failed final inspections and seven months we finally passed. Up and running.
I went on my garage roof where the panels are installed and noticed a lot of damage to my roof and very poor installation. They had moved a flashing and damaged the roof. They used white silicone and apparently stepped in it and now I have white marks all across the roof. Why didn’t they use roof mastic?
The panels were flat and with each other but when they came out to repair for final they must of stood on a panel and bent the mounting bracket so one panel is up a inch higher then the rest.
Once again a brown roof.
There is two places where the shingles are missing a piece with nails exposed for potential water leakage and water damage to sheeting.
They used 2 inch conduit to run four number 12 gauge wire. It looks hideous.
We complained about the damage and poor work quality but no return phone call. As usual terrible customer service.
Good luck if you go with this company.
Forgot about this, They came out to work on system and never called til last minute and we went on vacation. Due to taking so long with installation to come over and do work.explained that we were gone on vacation and lock the back yard gate. I noticed my security cameras were off so they shut down the main panel so no power to house. They never turned back on, The fridge and freezer were off for over 24 hours till my son in law turned main breaker back on.
Also forgot about the paint on garage wall, When they painted the conduit, I had to buy paint and repaint the hole back of garage to match.
I can’t think of one good thing that was done right.
Roof and repairs still not done. The installation was started in 3/2022 it’s now 2/2023

Robert Harper on Titanium Solar

Maria was my salesperson and I'll tell you she was awesome on recommending the best options for my home and working with me through the paperwork and keeping me up to date on everything. Jose, Adam, and Gary did my install and i can't even express how awesome these guys were. Jose was amazing and super personable, he made the entire experience of getting my solar panels installed more than just a business experience. He showed me the original plans submitted, spoke to me about different recommendations and possibilities, and allowed me to work in the process of what my install would look like and how the layout would be. Adam and Gary were both very personable and while doing the install explained everything to me and walked me through their entire process. During the install Jose, Adam, and Gary all took time out to soak to be about their current status, my thoughts on the process, and were amazingly professional through the entire process. I would highly highly recommend them for solar and look forward to working with them if needed in the future. Rated 5 stars but deserve 10 across the board. I'm super thankful of this entire process and everything!

I can say this. Jose E., Adam C., Alex A., Gary T., Chris P. is a very professional, courteous, knowledgeable install team. They listened to our needs and advised us on what they could do to Improved on how they could make our solar install better on our for ever home. They started early and worked and worked until the later evening and made sure everything was cleaned up around our home just like they saw it. Our solar panels and the electrical lines was clean and matched our color of our home. They put the extra effort and was always very courteous when they talked to my wife and I. If you get this team to install on your home you will be very pleased and happy with their work. John F. You hired a great crew. Once again thank you for the great install guys. Keep up up the good work.
