Great Basin Solar was a great experience. The salesman was friendly and informative. He took the time to answer ALL my questions. We also reviewed the pay back time frame for my system. On installation day the installers were very professional and got the job done in one and a half days. The lead installer took the time to discuss different installation options, like where to place the inverter and the required disconnect switches. The hardest part was waiting for Nv Power to swap out the meter to a net meter. We were lucky, we only waited 5 days. Overall it was a timely install and Great Basin Solar beat the salesman guess estimated install deadline by one day. Thanks Guys!

We had our solar array go down and when we went to contact the company we had do the solar and they were out of business. We started to call around to solar company's in town and nobody would call back. We then came across Great Basin Solar!!!!! Matt answered the phone right off, on a Saturday, I explained our situation and boom he was on it. He explained the photos to take of my equipment and where to send them and he would take a look. immediately he called me back and after a couple of weeks of back and forth and repairs we are back up and running!!!!! Great Basin Solar is very professional, Very prompt, employees are very smart, kind, and go above and beyond for their costumers. Great Basin Solar was super reasonable in price even know the could gouge the customer because they are the only place in town that we could get to fix our system. Matt kept me informed every step of the was and was able to tell me what was wrong in laymen language. When Matt told me that somebody was going to be there, there was somebody there at the time I was told. I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN THIS STATE to get my solar needs. I would like to leave the greatest of recommendations for Great Basin Solar. We had a system installed 2 years ago by Titan only to be orphaned when they went out of business. Having a problem I set out to contact a company to provide service. After 6 hours on the phone searching for a company and getting recordings telling me they only take calls from installers. I spoke with Matt at GB. Matt was a live person and knew what to do. He was able to set up a remote check of my system to determine the problem. In a matter of 1 hour we had a plan and service appointment to make the repairs I needed to get up and running again. The whole team at GB has been amazing. If I could I would give them 6 stars. The big national companies don't service and go out of business the small local ones try harder and answer the phone. Well done to the team at GB. Pastor Garry
