This homeowner was on their second install for solar from SolarTyme and had nothing but praise for them. I enjoyed working with SolarTyme to help the homeowners improve the overall efficiency and comfort of their home. I am very satisfied with my Solar package from SolarTyme! From the initial presentation with Ted, to the support from the office staff, documentation was absolutely fantastic. The team of installers were courteous, professional and finished the project in (1) day, as promised. After the final inspection and PTO (permission to turn on) everything was perfect. My project met the deadline and is up and running. I highly recommend SolarTyme!

We had our solar installed in aug 2024. Turnkey situation, we didnt have to do anything. They took care of the permits, install, check up, helped us set up our accounts and phones to read our panels. We have been very happy. The panels are outperforming what they told us and we frequently have no bill even though we only installed enough panels for 85% of our monthly bill. So, super happy and would highly recommend this company.

We weren’t able to coordinate schedule for inspection and in the end the county guy came without the Solar Tyme guy. It felt like a long time between the install and our actually beginning to generate power.

Production staff was always responsive and helpful via email or phone.

Overall, I had a good experience with SolarTyme by AAPCO. The team was professional and kept me updated throughout the process. The service was originally expected to start in the first week of September, but it ended up beginning in the second week of October due to county clearance delays. It wasn’t really their fault, and they communicated the status well while we waited.

Once things were approved, the installation went smoothly and everything has been working as expected. A reliable company to work with, and I appreciate their transparency during the whole process.
