We are genuinely very satisfied with our experience installing 18 solar panels with Polaron and with how the system has been performing over time. From the installation process to the final result, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. The workmanship is clean, well executed, and gave us confidence from the start.One feature we especially appreciate is the EMA app. It provides clear and detailed insights into our electricity production, allowing us to monitor output in real time as well as review hourly, daily, monthly, and yearly performance. Having this level of visibility makes it easy to understand how efficiently the system is running and how much energy we are generating.After nine months of operation, the system is already covering about 60 percent of our household electricity needs, which we are very happy with. Overall, we are extremely pleased with both the quality of the installation and the ongoing performance of the system, and we feel confident that choosing Polaron was the right decision.
We appreciated the services of Polaron. Initially, it took some time to get everything together and the correct information in place . Perhaps this was because we were a new build. I kept trying to get answers to my questions and initially these were not being answered in a timely manner. However, Tony Moore became my contact and things became much clearer at that point.The work, once permits were received, was done well by Alex and his team. They came to place their wires before I put in my Drywall.the promised rebates came through. Polaron applied for these through BC Hydro on our behalf.. Polaron themselves gave a $4400 rebate that matched the $4400 rebate from BC Hydro.With both of these rebates, the cost of putting in the solar panels on my laneway home became affordable.We are enjoying not receiving as many electrical bills as the summer sun has been shining through July and August.We look forward to seeing what our energy consumption will be this winter in comparison to what we were paying before.
